Nomad Mobile Guides is a team of people who love travel and obsess about creating the best experiences for mobile users.
Our core product is a modular software framework for developing cross-platform mobile apps and mobile websites. We initially focused on the needs of travel publishers and marketers, creating a pre-built solution that enables them to rapidly deploy mobile apps without programming. We now offer full custom development of any sort of mobile application or website, using the modular Nomad framework as a foundation.
The Nomad framework powers a growing series of apps for several US national parks, destination marketing organizations, tour operators and travel publishers.

David has been working with the Internet and interactive media, particularly in the realm of user experience, since 1993. He founded and still leads NewCity, the parent company of Nomad Mobile Guides. David’s zeal for travel and his vision for a better guidebook experience led to the development and spinout of Nomad. As President, David develops partner relationships and oversees product strategy. |
Colin has more than 20 years leading innovative product development organizations. He is passionate about delivering quality products, providing unsurpassable customer support, building long-term business relationships and having fun while doing so. Colin is responsible for the day-to-day running of the company, and, when all else fails, he is the person to call; the buck stops at his desk. |
