Nomad provides a software framework for making travel apps for a variety of mobile platforms without programming.
Nomad is not an e-reader in the same sense as Kindle or iBook. These applications only allow users to access content in a flat, linear fashion with some hyperlinks. By storing points of interest and other content in a structured data format, Nomad enables travelers to explore content by proximity, category, theme or traditional table of contents.
With the Nomad platform, content and interface graphics are developed separately and then combined with the mobile application code at the last step to produce the app.
