This contest is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of Puerto Rico) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. Employees or contract employees of sponsor, Nomad Mobile Guides, Inc. (the "Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and parents and their immediate families or persons living in the same household of such individuals, are ineligible. CONTEST IS VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
The contest begins at midnight eastern daylight time (EDT) on May 26, 2010. The contest ends either at midnight eastern time on January 1, 2011 or when 250 application reviews have been registered, whichever occurs first.
You enter this contest online. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person, household, or email address. Subsequent entries will be disqualified.

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected. The Grand Prize consists of a your choice of a $200 REI gift card or Ken Burns: The National Parks DVD, CD and book set.
Random selection of the winner will occur within two weeks of the end of the contest schedule from among all eligible entries received. Prize drawing will be conducted at Nomad Mobile Guides, Inc., Suite 1250, 1872 Pratt Drive, Blacksburg, VA 24060. The Grand Prize winner will be notified by email within one week of selection. Prize will be awarded. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible online received.
To redeem prize, winner must respond within ten (10) days of prize notification. Response will be by email to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). All prize claims are subject to verification and compliance with the official rules.
If for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planned, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes. Notification of such actions will be announced through email addresses registered with contest entry.
Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission; communications line failure; theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to contest entries; or alteration of entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems with or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants' or any other persons' computers related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this contest.
By participating, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and their respective partners, affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any liability, claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in the contest or any contest-related activities and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize received in this contest. Participants also agree (a) to be bound by these official rules; (b) that the decisions of Sponsor are final on all matters relating to the contest; and (c) if he/she wins, to the use of his/her non-identifiable name (full first name and first letter of last name such as “Karen S”), city and state in winner announcements by email and on websites.
All federal, state and local taxes, fees and surcharges on prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. If winner declines prize or is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries.
Winner’s non-identifiable name will be announced on Nomad Mobile Guides, Inc.’s web site.
